About Fees and Insurance
Fees are charged by time and/or type of service, and are set according to what is usual, reasonable and customary.

Most health insurance plans cover part of the cost of mental health services. If you have a health insurance benefit, Dr. Duiven would be happy to cooperate with you to help you obtain reimbursement.

If you do not have a quality mental health benefit, there are many other ways of covering the cost of psychological services. Options can be discussed openly at the beginning of a professional relationship.
